Our porcelain insulators are manufactured using a wet porcelain process and cured in an environmentally controlled production facility to ensure a complete and even cure of the porcelain while also resulting in the highest quality surface finish.

Insulator fittings , other than the suspension clamp ,which is physically in contact with the aluminum conductor, shall be made of galvanized steel with the exception of some critical items, such as the split pin of ball and socket clevises, which shall be made of pressed steel.
Application:
post insulators are designed to provide rigid support of conducting cable while offering the maximum resistance to damage from electrical or mechanical events. Horizontal and gain-base line post insulators are often used in applications to avoid the need to install a cross-arm on the pole.
