Description:
1. the insulator cap are made from high density malleable iron , each piece of caps are well tested with magnetic powder testing .
The insulator cap surface are hot galvanized , Min. zinc thickness are more than 85μm . the galvanization surface are smooth and shinning , and without of any defect.
2. The insulation parts are made of high aluminum porcelain C130 . the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard glaze , color brown , we can also produce such product with color white , grey or as per customer's specifications.
3. the material of locking device are stainless steel , its function is to guarantee insulator connection with related hardware very firmly .
4. Cementing material are Portland cement to assemble porcelain body and related cap . even after years of servicing , the cement still keep good performance.

Technical requirements:
1. Porcelain metal cap, steel foot and porcelain upper part surfaces which are in contact with cement shall be coated with a film of thin bitumastic paint.
