Distribution line disk type porcelain suspension insulator 52-3
Description:
Our insulators have externally attached caps and bases. A highly engineered cementing system transfers the load uniformly from the hardware into the porcelain body. Each insulator body is made from the highest quality clay raw materials that have been processed to be fully vitrified porcelain. The body is glazed to add strength to improve surface appearance, and enhance clean-ability.

Application:
Disc suspension porcelain insulators are mainly used on high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines to support and insulate conductors. The normal type disc suspension porcelain insulators include standard type and large creepage distance type insulators. These insulators are widely used in clean areas and light pollution areas.
Competitive advantage:
Reasonable insulation structure high reliability of interturn insulation.
Stainless steel flange low magnetic inductivity high resistivity. Small volume light weight.
Convenient transportation and flexible installation.
Low OSS. Low temperature rise.High mechanical strength, strong weather ability.
Outstanding crack resistance.
Low thermal expansion coefficient.
